- The fitting has a compression limiter built in, so breakage of the gasket material inside the pipe is reduced to an absolute minimum
- DIN 11864 o-rings are available in EPDM, FKM, PTFE, TUF-Steel, FEP encapsulated FKM and platinum-cured silicone
- DIN 11864 o-rings are available for bypasses, bolted flanges and tri-clamps
- Dimensions according to. DIN11850, ISO1127 and ASME BPE
- DIN11864 is a relatively new fitting in the pharmaceutical processing market, but is gaining a lot of interest from process engineers because the seal inside is more controllable
