JSR Pressure reducing valve
JSR is the first high-sanitary gas pressure regulator designed and built specifically for hygienic, ASME BPE gas applications.
- JSR is designed specifically to eliminate product-touched threaded connections and permanently contaminated dead-legs under the membrane
- The valve is highly maintainable due to the easy replacement and cleaning of the shutter - all this WITHOUT removing the valve or dismantling it from the process line
- Valve body and shutter are turned from solid bar steel ASTMA479 316L SST and polished to 0.5µm and then electropolished
- The valve is equipped with the tough Jorlon diaphragm and Teflon, PEEK or EPDM seat and seat seals - all FDA approved and USP Class VI compliant
