Nordson Medical's BioValve is designed for flow restriction or shut-off on silicone hoses.

BioValve can be precisely adjusted by 2mm per turn manually for full or partial flow shut-off
Used on hoses from 0.25" - 1"
The valve can be SIP'd continuously
Autoclave at max 134°C for max 5 min.
