Q-Control

Q-Control is an integrated pump controller for Quattroflow diaphragm pumps - both multiple- and single-use. It interfaces with a range of flow and pressure sensors to give the user automatic control over their pump operation. With built-in smart control functions that no longer require an external PLC.

Quattroflow's diaphragm pump is unique in the way it pumps liquids, providing a safe, reliable and efficient transfer of biological materials. The low friction, low shear and low pulsation and a correspondingly minimal temperature increase of the medium make the pump ideal for critical applications in biopharmaceutical production. Quattroflow pumps can be installed with an interchangeable single-use pump chamber, enabling the pump and production to make quick changeovers and meet fast speed-to-market demand.
