TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and platinum-cured silicone tubing are suitable for use in single-use applications. TPE tubing is flexible, transparent, sterilisable and malleable biopharmaceutical tubing for liquid processing. This means they retain their physical properties after sterilisation processes, remain transparent for visible product flow and do not become rubbery.
The silicone hoses are ideal for critical applications in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetic and food processing where high purity is a top priority. The silicone hoses are available in different designs and are suitable for a wide range of applications, for example for applications where the hose material is exposed to extremely low temperatures, for applications with increased flow rates and for pumping applications in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and laboratory environments.
Our stainless or acid-proof steel metal hoses are parallel folded with or without steel braiding and are highly flexible thanks to a pleated inner tube. They are good for extreme conditions such as high heat, cold, pressure or vacuum and are ideal as hose lines with external heat radiation, as hose lines for aggressive media, hot water, water vapour, etc. and for vibration detection in pipe systems.
Our PTFE hoses are available with a smooth or corrugated inner surface and covered with for example silicone, steel braid, PP or EPDM. Some of the PTFE hoses are also available in an antistatic version, making them suitable for ATEX applications. With their non-stick surface, PTFE-lined hoses can be cleaned faster, easier and more reliably 100 % than any other type of hose.
PTFE is known as the most chemically resistant material known. Only a few very unusual substances and conditions can affect it, such as fluorine gas at high temperature and pressure. PTFE-lined hoses can therefore be used for a wider range of chemicals than any other hose type, making it the ideal choice for highly corrosive chemical and multi-product applications.
Our rubber hoses are highly flexible and therefore suitable for installations with manual handling, tight bending radii and repetitive movements in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. They are food approved and can withstand high temperatures for cleaning processes. They are also offered with all food-approved connections.
