XSR pigging system
Pigging system for process lines and all types of liquids and solids. Can be integrated into existing plants, as well as new applications for optimal utilisation of residual product and easier/faster cleaning using a "pig". The pig is placed in the sender station and then pushed into the pipeline by a feed medium (air or water). The basic system consists of a sending station, a receiving station and a pig. It can be supplemented with several types of valves, including our MVH 3-way valves for cleaning multiple lines with the same pig, as well as our Bardiani BBZPPG seat valve for maximum reduction of product waste. Likewise, the system can be delivered as a manual system, but also fully automated as needed. Furthermore, our RVO unit for speed control of the pig and our ZRVO safety return unit can be added.
