YSTRAL X Batch Disperser
YSTRAL X Batch Disperser ensures efficient and controlled distribution of particles in suspensions and emulsions. High shear forces and customised dispersing tools ensure uniform particle size and optimal process control.
- Robust rotor-stator tools with small radial clearance ensure high cutting force gradients
- The centrifugal force in the rotor also ensures good circulation of the tank contents
- Media contact between rotor and stator at high peripheral speed ensures high dispersion efficiency
- Solids and/or droplets are reliably comminuted and distributed to full homogeneity
- Different rotor and stator combinations ensure customisation for a wide range of applications
- Batch dispersion directly in tank
