What are single-use pumps?
Our single use pumps are equipped with a product-wetted plastic pump chamber that can be replaced as a complete unit. The simple disposal of the pump chamber saves time and money by reducing the need for cleaning, sterilisation and complex cleaning validation.
The use of single use pumps creates a faster production process and delivers the required product cleanliness and sterility without damage to the product and without the risk of costly cross-contamination of products and batches.
The single use pumps ensure a gentle transfer of liquids thanks to their low pulsation and as they do not pump on hoses, there is also no generation of particles. The pumps have a linear flow curve in relation to pressure. This ensures a stable and precise flow, even if the pressure is increased by e.g. filtration. The pumps are also self-priming and can withstand dry running.
Our single-use diaphragm pumps are unique in the way they pump liquids, providing a safe, reliable and efficient transfer of biological materials.
