What are hose couplings?
Connlock is a reusable hose connector of absolute quality, developed for the highest demands in the pharmaceutical and biochemical industry. Connlock is available in sizes DN69 up to DN65 with weld ends, Tri-Clamp ends or other fittings. They are also available in sizes from 1/4" up to 3".
The hose couplings are made entirely of 1.4435 BN2 material. The clamp (compression unit) is made of autoclavable PVDF and makes it possible to adjust to different wall thicknesses of silicone hoses without compromising safety under pressure.

The hose couplings are suitable for sanitary processes and are autoclavable in both closed and open state for high hygiene. They can be installed without the use of tools and require no lubricants.
The hose couplings have a non-tearing PVDF clamping collar that allows for tolerance matching and thus allows the use of different hose walls. The PVDF collar is bolted with steel and prevents thread locking. This is a clear advantage over a bolted connection with the same steel components.
The clamping collar also has an insulating effect, which is a prominent advantage of steam sterilisation compared to other products.
