The range includes easy-open clamps, tube clamps and BioClamps with easy and quick opening and closing mechanisms. This makes them very user-friendly. Our easy-open clamps and tube clamps can be operated with one hand - no tools required.
Our BioClamp is a plastic quick-release clamp for bioprocessing and single-use. It is an easy and user-friendly clamp, and the quick-release function saves time when opening/closing. The clamp is autoclaved before delivery and can be SIP'd continuously.
Both our tube clamps and easy-open clamps are user-friendly and innovative clamps that make life easier for operators as they are extremely user-friendly and can be operated with one hand. They have no screw mechanics that can tire the hand and are tamper evident as they can be locked by fitting strips in the two small holes.
Our tube clamps can be used on both TPE and silicone tubing, and the same compression every time ensures 100% shut-off.
Our easy-open clamps are ideal for both stainless steel and plastic fittings and are SIP/CIP compatible. Our easy-open clamps are a great choice for easy and secure fastening of sanitary fittings to back ports and filters.
Unlike standard single-use clamps, this easy-open clamp can be reused repeatedly as it can be easily opened using the built-in opening mechanism.
Our range of stainless steel clamps includes clamp rings for ferrule joints and clamp ferrules (or ferrule collars) in different grades for clean gas and liquid applications.
Our clamps are available in a variety of grades such as Safetron, Weldtron and BPE-direct, where the inner surface is ground down to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm, Ra ≤ 0.8 µm and Ra ≤ 0.51 µm SF1 respectively. It is also possible to choose anodic cleaning or electropolishing (Ra ≤ 0.25 µm).
