In our internal sales department, you will have a wide range of contacts with customers, colleagues and suppliers. You will be responsible for counselling, quoting, sales, order processing and follow-up until the order is delivered to the customer. Many of your tasks will be project-oriented and with specific deadlines, so an independent and structured approach, as well as the ability to run several projects simultaneously, is an advantage. You are motivated by sales, a wide range of contacts and good relationships with customers, where good customer service is always a given.

Your work tasks are primarily:

  • Advice and guidance for customers
  • Preparation and follow-up on offers
  • Sales and order processing
  • Purchasing and following up on orders with suppliers

It is important that you like to work in a structured way with multiple tasks and projects at the same time. We expect you to be proactive and take ownership of your sales, orders and deliveries. You will be part of a dynamic and growing company with a strong team spirit and a willingness to help each other. You will be part of a central part of the company with an informal atmosphere and good humour, where you will work closely with the other departments of motivated colleagues. You're the right match if:

  • You have experience in sales and customer service
  • You work in a structured way and have a good overview
  • You have a flair for IT
  • You speak and write Danish and English

We imagine that you have a professional or commercial background - and perhaps you come from a similar position in an internal sales department where you have worked with sales of technical products, preferably within plumbing, flow components or similar, and have a good technical understanding.

You are a team player and good relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues are important to you. Our ERP system, CRM system and Microsoft Office are the most important tools for you in your everyday work, which is why you thrive on working digitally.

Alflow is a trading and knowledge company that helps customers optimise their productions through the sale of unique flow components and solutions. Alflow operates primarily in the Danish market as a one-stop-shop solution for customers in pharma, food and biotech. The company was established in 1998 and is located in Vejen, where it employs 34 people.
