What is a screw pump?
Screw pumps that are positive displacement pumps, are suitable for pumping extremely liquid and highly viscous products. They deliver gentle and pulsation-free pumping of liquids with high suction.
The screw pump moves the media by means of the double screws that rotate, pushing the media from the suction side towards the pressure side. This creates a uniform and delicate flow without pulsation. The non-contact movement of the screws also eliminates the risk of abrasive particles in the media.
Known for their versatility, screw pumps are available in various models in AISI 316 stainless steel, cast iron, Inconel, Hastelloy, nickel-aluminium bronze, Duplex and Super Duplex.

The Double flow model is customised with a double inlet and single outlet, allowing it to run very high pressures.
Our industrial twinscrew pumps are powerful positive displacement pumps that provide pulsation-free pumping of media with high suction and low NPSHr. They are self-priming, low noise and low vibration.
They are designed and manufactured modularly to allow for the exchange of spare parts. This results in low operating costs and longer maintenance intervals.
