On-site services
At Alflow, we have our own service organisation to ensure our customers a good after-sales service. We service all our own products, but can also help service similar products such as pumps and valves from other manufacturers.
We're used to working in the food and pharmaceutical industries. So we know how to behave in clean areas or places where there are EX requirements. We're happy to participate in your specific training so we know your local regulations.
We have extensive knowledge of pump maintenance, where we can help you change shaft seals as well as major maintenance where other parts and bearings need to be replaced.
We are often used when an extra hand is needed during shutdowns and planned maintenance. We change many gaskets and O-rings in valves and have a lot of experience with this, and we also help the customer keep track of the documentation.
Electrochemical surface treatment
In addition to mechanical maintenance, we also perform chemical cleaning and electropolishing on production equipment at your site. We have portable equipment suitable for entering production and clean rooms. There is full documentation of the work we do and the chemistry we use.
We often visit our customers if there are challenges with surfaces that have been damaged or if they have done a rebuild and these parts need to be electropolished to meet the requirements.
One of the areas we focus on is coatings such as rouge and discolouration. We are happy to be involved from the first step, where we provide qualified sparring with you so that we can find the optimal solution together.
We can also perform tests on individual components to find the right solution. We have our own chemistry and can customise it to the specific task.
We also come if there are problems with bacterial growth in production systems. Our mobile equipment is suitable for this, and we can customise our chemistry to effectively clean the system. We review the production system together with you to identify potential sources of error.
We also have extensive experience in electro-chemical cleaning of autoclaves. We often see autoclaves become discoloured and coated over time, making it difficult to validate them as clean. In this case, we can perform an on-site cleaning to bring the surface back to the condition it was in when new or often better.
We're used to coming to sterilisation centres that can't shut down, even if equipment needs maintenance. In these situations, we build a cell to delimit the area we need to work in. We also sanitise surfaces in washing machines and other equipment that needs to be validated as clean.
Leak test
We also leak test exchangers and other similar equipment. We use helium via our Accucense system. This allows us to perform a quick, safe and clean test of equipment. Our equipment is highly mobile, so we can test equipment that is otherwise difficult to access. All it requires is that we have the ability to cordon off and connect to the equipment.
