At Alflow, we use Q-flow, IPW's quality management software, as our central system for managing quality and documentation.
Here we handle document management, registration of complaints and deviations, corrective actions, GDPR, equipment and competence management. This way, we ensure full control of procedures, training and data policy - always with a focus on quality, safety and transparency.
Q-flow can be customised to our needs and is continuously developed so that it can also support supplier management and occupational health and safety in the future.
We supply a wide range of ATEX approved components that can be used in potentially explosive environments. But we don't stop there. Our certification also enables us to take responsibility for entire solutions where multiple parts are part of a complete assembly. It's not just about product selection - it's about ensuring, documenting and validating that the whole works safely and meets applicable standards.
At Alflow, we receive few complaints but always handle them quickly and professionally. All complaints are registered and we immediately develop a solution with a focus on regulations, food safety and customer needs. Defective products are isolated to ensure quality and even small errors are handled consistently to prevent recurrence.
