She started as a bellhop at the age of 16 and has worked her way up to Operations Manager over the years. Along the way, Alflow has supported her development through training opportunities and responsibilities that have strengthened both her career and the company's growth.<\/p>\n<p>Sofie has always been open about her wishes for further education and career development, and Alflow has accommodated these. Her leadership style is characterised by recognition, presence and a focus on a positive work environment where teamwork and support are key. Her approach to conflict management is empathetic and proactive, and she believes that a good work environment is crucial for employee well-being and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, she was nominated as Young Leader of the Year in Vejen Municipality, emphasising her leadership skills and commitment.
