About the role:

As a Sales Engineer at Alflow, you will be one of our first employees in Sweden and play a key role in the establishment here. You will sell stainless steel solutions, such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers and couplings to customers in the pharmaceutical industry, where the demands on quality and safety are high. You will drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and new customer acquisition to long-term partnerships, making a difference for some of the most exciting companies in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the freedom to plan your own workday and take responsibility for your customer portfolio, while being supported by our team in Denmark. Here, humour, collaboration and high ambitions meet - we believe that success is created together.

Your tasks

  • Build and develop a customer base in Sweden.
  • Drive the entire sales process: prospecting, customer dialogues, contracts and long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and create value through customised solutions.
  • Contribute to the collective success of the team and represent Alflow at customer visits, trade fairs and supplier meetings.

Who are you?

You're curious, self-driven and motivated to get results - both when it's easy and when it requires perseverance. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and value collaboration and sparring with colleagues.

We would like to see that you have:

  • A few years of field sales experience, from prospecting to closing.
  • Technical interest
  • Accustomed to finding the right decision makers and booking meetings independently.
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • B driving licence.

Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or medical technology is an advantage. Most importantly, however, you must have a technical aptitude, the willingness and ability to understand our products and how they can solve customers' challenges. The rest we will teach you.
